Leo Frank — Chair of the Investment Committee & Senior Portfolio Manager
Leo Frank entered the investment business in 1962 with Manufacturers Life Insurance Company. He then joined North American Life in 1964 in the bond portfolio management department and in 1968 he became involved with stock research and trading. In 1981, he was named Director Pension Investment Services for North American Life. In 1982, he became Vice-President of Elliott and Page, the investment counselling subsidiary of North American Life, responsible for the management of Elliott and Page’s largest equity portfolios, in addition to supervising the equity trading department. In 1992, he joined Vestcap and is a Principal, a Senior Portfolio Manager, Chairman of the Investment Management Committee and member of the Board of Directors.
